This paper presents over 100 radiocarbon dating results for Tutuila and Manu'a in American Samoa, contributing to various aspects of Samoan archaeology. It highlights the deposition of volcanic ash on the Holocene Leone Volcanics, indicating occupation of the area for up to 700 years before the ash falls, discusses ceramic cessation models, explores coastal changes over the last 1600 years, and delves into the dating of lithic manufacture sites, inland settlement origins dating back to at least 2000 BP, and the discovery of shell bracelets and decorated pottery in relatively late contexts from 1300-1600 BP.
