South Pacific Oil Company (SPOil) annual volume fuel import & sales by end-used sectors for 2013 & 2014 (retail, rural, logging, power, commercial, marine, aviation). Marine sector is comprised of fishing vessels, local & overseas boats. Fuel to provinces shipped in drums and logging camps are bunkered in barges. SPOil is the only supplier of aviation fuel in the Solomon Islands.

It is an occasional publication providing at least one issue a year. The journal includes commissioned and submitted papers and is available in hard copy or online for free download. Each issue focuses on a specific, topical development theme providing a multi-disciplinary perspective on a range of opinions on development activities, theories, and research. The papers in DB are short and concise with a word limit of 3,500.
