This completion report documents the approach and outcomes of the Voter Education Project that ran in the Autonomous Region of Bougainville to provide education on voting rights and responsibilities, focusing on the historically disenfranchised cohort of people (aged between 35-45 years with limited education) who grew up during the Crisis, known as the ‘lost generation’.
