Captures aircraft fuel consumption data from 2013 - 2014 for Tuvalu. Data is sourced directly from the aviation fuel supplier by the Tuvalu Department of Energy (DOE) and provided to SPC. Dataset captures the monthly number of refuels of the aircraft in Tuvalu, the fuel consumption (litres) and the total number of flights in the month.
South Pacific Oil Company (SPOil) annual volume fuel import & sales by end-used sectors for 2013 & 2014 (retail, rural, logging, power, commercial, marine, aviation). Marine sector is comprised of fishing vessels, local & overseas boats. Fuel to provinces shipped in drums and logging camps are bunkered in barges. SPOil is the only supplier of aviation fuel in the Solomon Islands.

Prices are given in Solomon Islands Cents Per Litre for the fuel, and the gas is provided in Solomon Islands Cents Per Kg. Wholesale prices for diesel, kerosene and petrol were taken directly from 2 oil companies monthly submissions. Dataset provided by the Consumer Affairs & Price Control Division. Data is available for the years 2014 (only September to December) and whole of 2015.

Data is captured by tariff code description, by year, weight (in thousand litres) and value (in million Vatu). This data is not yet tagged by HS Code, as request is still pending with the NSO. Data is provided here as it is provided to SPC by the NSO.

This record captures Tuvalu petroleum product imports for the period 2006 - 2014. Data is captured monthly and by fuel type: Diesel (ADF) Unleaded petrol (ULP, also known as benzene at the retailers) Kerosene - dual purpose kerosene (DPK).

This record captures 2012 - 2014 petroleum product imports for Tonga. Data is sourced from the 2012 - 2014 Tonga International Merchandise Trade Report. Selected petroleum product imports are extracted with the exception of bitumin, peat, gases excluding petroleum gas. types of petroleum fuel (diesel, petrol, jet fuel , avgas), gases, and lubricants. Products captured here are from Section 5 of the HS Code Manual - Mineral Products, Chapter 27, HS Codes : 2701, 2706 - 2713, 3403 (lubricants).
Dataset captures the overall petroleum products imported into Tonga from 2007 - 2011. Products captured include all petroleum products i.e. diesel, motor spirit, kerosene, LPG, and Lubricants. Data is captured by date of entry, country of origin, description of the goods, unit, quantity and CIF value. Data is produced by the Tonga Customs Office with sensitive information removed. Data was provided by the Tonga Energy Roadmap Implementation Unit (TERM IU) Office. 2007 data set is lacking the description of the fuel, however data becomes more detailed with the recent years.
This record captures the petroleum & gas wholesale price and retail price for Tonga from 2001 - 2012. Data source is the Tonga Competent Authority, provided to SPC by the Tonga Energy Roadmap Implementation Unit (TERM IU) in 2014. Data is attached here as it was provided to SPC. Dataset captures the prices for kerosene, LPG, distillate fuel and unleaded petrol.
Record captures 2013 Samoa registered vessels by Class (A, C, D, E) and total numbers. Data is provided by the Samoa Energy Office and sourced from the Samoa Ministry of Fisheries. Users may need to refer to the Shipping Regulations of Samoa for more information on the Vessels Classes. Data may contain technical inaccuracies or typological errors. Information may be changed or updated without notice by Samoa Energy Office or Ministry of Fisheries.
This record captures petroleum product imports for Samoa from 2009 - 2013. Raw data is sourced from the Samoa Bureau of Statistics via the Samoa Energy Office. Data was used for the annual energy review carried out by the Ministry of Finance - Energy Division. Energy review reports can also be downloaded from this portal. Data is captured monthly by tariff code, description, country of export, volume quantity and CIF price in Tala. Products captured includes: Motor spirit, Jet fuel, Aviation kerosene, Distillate fuels, Liquified butanes, Lubricating oils and greases.

This record holds RMI fuel imports for 2007 - 2014. Data provided by RMI Customs via Energy Planning DIvision. The RMI Customs Office don't record their import data in ASYCUDA database as compared to other PICs. Records are kept in Excel sheets and are not recorded by HS Codes. Attached here are individual year reports from the Customs Office and a summary excel sheet of all fuel imported from 2005 - 2014. Data captures imports by MOBIL, DAR, PII, but excludes MEC imports. Data is captured for gasoline, diesel, jet fuel and LPG.
