The USGS Earthquake Hazards Program of the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) is part of the National Earthquake Hazards Reduction Program (NEHRP) led by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).
Global EEZ layer are the layers gathered from gazetted datasets that the Pacific Community (SPC) has received from the project countries. In areas where there are no gazetted datasets provisional layers are being sourced from the Global Marine Regions database (https://www.marineregions.org/).
There are two layers available, he .shp file layer and the .kml layer which are being used by partners and member states in particular FFA for the Regional Fisheries Surveillance Center (RFSC).
The amended Code of the Federated States of Micronesia states in section 104 that the exclusive economic zone is contiguous to the territorial sea. The inner boundary of the exclusive economic zone of each island or atoll is the seaward boundary of the territorial sea, and the outer boundary is a line, every point of which is two hundred nautical miles seaward of the nearest point on the baseline.
The Marine Zones (Declaration) Act 2011 repeals the Marine Zones (Declaration) Act 1983. It states that the territorial sea of Kiribati comprises those waters having, as their inner limits, the baseline of Kiribati and, as their outer limits, a line measured seaward from that baseline, every point of which is at a distance of twelve (12) nautical miles from the nearest point of the baseline.

This shapefile shows the global 24 nautical miles zone. It can be opened in QGIS and Google Earth.
GeoJSON file for earthquake centers over a magnitude of 4.5 for the Pacific Islands Region for years 2000-2004. Data are derived from the ANSS Comprehensive Earthquake Catalog (ComCat). ComCat contains earthquake source parameters (e.g. hypocenters, magnitudes, phase picks and amplitudes) and other products (e.g. moment tensor solutions, macroseismic information, tectonic summaries, maps) produced by contributing seismic networks.

This kml contains the lines that shows the global 24 nautical miles zone. It can be opened in any GIS software.
The Code of the Federated States of Micronesia (FSM) was amended to include the Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ), to increase the size of its Territorial Sea and to be inclusive of the current political status of FSM and other purpose as it deem fit (16 December 1988)
Chapter 1 of Title 18 of the Code of the Federated States of Micronesia, as amended by Public Law No. 19-172 on April 28, 2017 established a Contiguous Zone, comprising those areas of the sea that are beyond and adjacent to the Territorial Sea. The inner boundary of the contiguous zone is the seaward boundary of the Territorial Sea. The outer boundary of the Contiguous Zone is a line, every point of which is not more than 24 M seaward of the nearest point of the baseline as defined in section 101 of this title.
Based on section 102 and 103 of the Act that amends the Code of the Federated States of Micronesia, it describes the territorial sea as being established by twelve nautical miles' breadth. The inner boundary of the Territorial Sea of each island or atoll is the baseline. The outer boundary is a line, every point of which is twelve nautical miles seaward of the nearest point of the baseline.
The 24 nautical miles Contiguous Sea for FSM is defined under section 105A in the Code of the Federated States of Micronesia and it states that comprising those areas of the sea that are beyond and adjacent to the Territorial Sea. The inner boundary of the contiguous zone is the seaward boundary of the Territorial Sea. The outer boundary of the Contiguous Zone is a line, every point of which is not more than 24 M seaward of the nearest point of the baseline as defined in section 101.
