A collection of the 1984 Historical Aerial Photographs of Kiribati, Marakei Island. All 26 Photographs have not been rectified but uploaded individually and referenced according to their frame numbers. This collection does not represent a complete coverage of the island. The images were mosaicked using the Hypercube software for preview purpose only.
The 3 reports and 3 manuals contained here are the result of the training and symposium organised by the Korean Institute of Geoscience and Mineral Resources(KIGAM). This is part of the UNDP national project on, "Coastal Geological Mapping of Savaii Island, Samoa" Capacity building program.
Training session of two weeks were conducted in each year during the project. The symposium consists of oral presentation sessions and two days of field excursions.

A collection of the1984 Historical Aerial Photographs of Kiribati, Beru Island, available on request from the SOPAC Secretariat. All 87 photographs have not been rectified but uploaded individually with descriptions of its frames . Extent of coverage of individual Image of the Island are illustrated in the accompanying PDF documents and a summary attribute information of each photograph including identity and general information about the flight and the photography is also available for download. These images were issued to the Secretariat from the Kiribati Government.

These photo-sets (2) are a collection of historical coloured aerial photographs that was taken in Sigatoka, Malolo Lailai (Musket Cove Resort), and two reefs towards the south of Malolo Lailai Island,Fiji Islands in 1991. Coverage is limited to areas that fall around the coastal, reef and outer reef area . The original paper prints have been scanned at a resolution of 1200 DPI on a Magnum G600 Wide format scanner, resized and stored as TIFF format. All 14 photographs have not been rectified but mosaicked for viewing purposes and uploaded according to their frame numbers.
