Tuvalu Petroleum (Licence Fee) Regulations 1992
These Regulations may be cited as the Petroleum (Rationing) Regulations. These Regulations shall apply — (a) to such island or other place as the Minister may by notice designate; (b) to all sales of petroleum whether by wholesale or retail.
Tuvalu Petroleum (Rationing) Regulations
These Regulations may be cited as the Petroleum (Sales Permit) Regulations,and shall come into effect on 1 January 1985. Where a licence to store petroleum has been issued under section 6 of the Petroleum Ordinance, the licensee shall each calendar year obtain from the Inspector a sales permit being either; (a) a wholesale sales permit where the minimum quantity of petroleum sold is 200 litres; or (b) a retail sales permit where the quantity of petroleum sold is less than 200 litres.

The Framework for Action on Energy Security in the Pacific (FAESP) outlines a new approach to improving energy security in the region. It acknowledges that national energy policies and plans must be the principal means for achieving energy security and promotes a ‘whole of sector’ approach, based on the concept of ‘many partners, one team’.
