The Integrated 2013 Policy supersedes the 2009 Climate Change Policy.

This study was conducted at the request of the US Department of Agriculture Forest Service and the state and federal government of FSM, and was compiled and published in 2010, by Charles H. Fletcher and Bruce M. Richmond.
