Sixteenth congress of the Federated States of Micronesia. Fourth Regular Session 2010. A Bill for an Act.  To further amend the title 2 of the Code of the Federates States of Micronesia as amended by amending section 204, as amended by Public Laws Nos. 10-55, 13-75, and 15-09 for the purpose of establishing a National Energy Office, and for other purposes.

This chapter shall be known as the FSM Financial Management Act of 1979.

FSM Environmental Impact Assessment Regulations - Part 1 General Provisions. 

The purpose of these regulations is to implement Section 13 of the Federated States of Micronesia Environmental Protection Act by establishing standard procedures for preparation of an environmental impact assessment statement prior to taking or funding any major action that may significantly affect the quality of the human environment.

URA Preliminary Decission and Notice Request for Comments. Case U-0001-15 In the matter of VUI Limited's electricity tariff decrease. May 2015. 

In December 2014, the operator of electricity services in Luganville, VUI, proposed a tariff reduction of  2 VT/kWh from the current base price of 47.07. VUI indicates that the rate reduction is a result of cost savings due to improvements in the costs of maintenance and system performance. This report is URA's preliminary decision and accompanying staff report in the matter of the request from VUI. 

This record holds 2 concept notes that were submitted by Kiribati Government for ACSE Programme implementation:

1. Land Use & Coastal Areas Vulnerability & Adaptation Assessment (Strengthening the evidence base for decission making through development, application and institutionalization of analysis tools for land use and coastal zone mapping) - Location: Bairiki, Tarawa.
2. Renewable Energy Project - PV solar hybrid systems for boarding schools in the rural communities - Location: Tabuaeran & Abemama Islands.

Technical Report 007/15 - The State of the Global Clean and Improved Cooking Sectors.

Vanuatu, Petroleum Regulations, 1997. To prescribe matters required under the Petroleum (Exploration and Production) Act [Cap. 227].

The Project aims to reduce the risk to the water lens by effectively managing sanitation in a programmatic approach by reducing risk to human health and coastal livelihoods.

Climate change adaptation is the focus of concept note. The aim of the Project is an operating and viable integrated farming system that will enhance sustainable livelihoods and strengthen capacities to adapt to the adverse effects of climate change by demonstrating how farmers

1. may raise their livestock in a way which actually enhances rather than deteriorates the environment and
2. protect nurseries and plants from typhoons.
