The Maritime Zones Act No. 06 of 2010 states
2 Sovereignty of Vanuatu
The Sovereignty of Vanuatu comprises of:
(a) All islands within the archipelago including Mathew (Umaenupne) and Hunter (Leka) islands; and
(b) Any islands or reefs forming or formed within the Exclusive Economic Zone of Vanuatu.

Based on the Samoa Maritime Zones Order 2017 which repealed the Maritime Zones Order 2014, the points to be used for

The Maritime Zones, 1999, No. 18 25 August 1999(1) which repealed the The Territorial Sea Act, 1971, and the Exclusive Economic Zone Act, 1977 states that the contiguous zone of Samoa comprises that part of the sea within 24 nautical miles from the baseline from which the breadth of the territorial sea is measured.
The Marine Zones (Declaration) Act 2011 repeals the Marine Zones (Declaration) Act 1983. It states that the exclusive economic zone comprises those waters beyond the territorial sea of Kiribati, but within a distance of two hundred (200) nautical miles from the baseline of Kiribati, shall be the exclusive economic zone of the Republic of Kiribati.
The Maritime Zones Act 2013 states that the exclusive economic zone of Niue comprises those areas of the sea,
seabed and subsoil that are beyond and adjacent to the territorial sea having as their outer limits a line measured seaward from the baseline, every point of which line is not more than 200 nautical miles from the nearest point of the baseline.
The Maritime Zones Act 2013 states that the contiguous zone comprises those areas of the sea that are beyond and adjacent to the territorial sea, having as their outer limits a line measured seaward from the baseline, every point of which is distant 24 nautical miles from the nearest point of the baseline.
The Maritime Zones Act (MZA) 2018 for Cooks Islands repeals the Territorial Sea and Exclusive Economic Zone Act 1977, (Act No. 16 of 14 November 1977). It states that the territorial sea comprises of those areas of the sea;
(a) having as their inner limits the breadth of the territorial baselines and is measured from the low-water mark along the coast of the Cook Islands or where there is coral reef along any part of the coast of the Cook Islands, the low-water mark along the outer edge of the coral reef.
The Maritime Zones Act (MZA) 2018 for Cooks Islands repeals the Territorial Sea and Exclusive Economic Zone Act 1977, (Act No. 16 of 14 November 1977). It states that the contiguous sea comprises of those areas of the sea that are beyond and adjacent to the territorial sea having, as their outer limits, a line measured seaward from the territorial sea baseline, every point of which is distant 24 nautical miles from the nearest point of the baseline.
The Proclamation of 12 August 1997 provides the geographical coordinates for Nauru’s contiguous zone as declared under Sea Boundaries Act 1997. The geographical coordinates are expressed in terms of the World Geodetic System 1984 (WGS84), which is a geocentric reference ellipsoid having a major (equatorial) radius of 6,378.137 metres and a flattening of 1/298.257 223 563.
The Tuvalu Contiguous Zone was measured from the following; i) the low water line of the seaward side of the normal baseline (coast), the low-water line of the seaward side of the reef fringing the coast and bounding any lagoon waters adjacent to any part of that coast. (ii) The archipelagic baseline measured seaward with a distance of 200 nautical mile (370.4 km; 230.2 mi) from the nearest point of that archipelagic baseline.
