Papua New Guinea is committed to Sustainable Development through its StaRS Strategy and Vision 2050. PNG has also signed up to Rio Conventions and supplement agreements and protocols which needs monitoring and evaluation. Sustainable Development Goals are very important as it simplifies the Sustainable Development approaches.
The Vanuatu NBSAP will be the main implementing strategy for the Environment Pillar of the National
Sustainable Development Goals and Policies 2016-2030 environment goals and policy objectives.
Full report, as presented by the Youth for the SDGs scholars, of the Arctic voyage on Peace Boat from 24th May to 14th June. Ms Siana Whatarau of the NES and Mr Winton Herman were two Cook Island youths to embark on this voyage.
