The Republic of the Marshall Islands shares four Maritime Boundary Treaties with its neighboring States. The following describes each treaty and its progress.

The following captures the 2017 NUA elelctricity production and sales report from July 2016 to June 2017.
The following document captures the Tuvalu Electricity Corporation (TEC) annual electricity statistics from 2012 to 2014.
Provided are scanned pages of chapter 27 the of the Tonga annual trade reports from 2002 to 2009. The years 2008 and 2009 have dataset available in Excel and PDF.
Provided in word document is the captured tariff rates for FEA since it was last set in 2013. Tariff has been the same from 2013 to 2016.
Details of various solar installation in Niue. Captures the estimated annual kWh, percentage of total daytime electricity production, type of funding and funding source.
Captures total generation (kWh) from the solar installation at the Funafuti Sports Ground in Tuvalu from 2008 - 2013. Data is captured monthly and quarterly on a yearly basis.
Vanuatu tariff code description. Report only for Chapter 27 on mineral fuels, oils, gases, bituminous substances and waxes.
Record captures 2013 Samoa registered vessels by Class (A, C, D, E) and total numbers. Data is provided by the Samoa Energy Office and sourced from the Samoa Ministry of Fisheries. Users may need to refer to the Shipping Regulations of Samoa for more information on the Vessels Classes. Data may contain technical inaccuracies or typological errors. Information may be changed or updated without notice by Samoa Energy Office or Ministry of Fisheries.
Samoa transport data. Data collected by Mr Herbet Wade, consultant for the SPREP PIGGAREP Project. Data collected in 2012, purpose of project is to collect transport data of all sectors & determine how renewable sources & ultimately technology can be used to offset fuel imports. The combined Pacific EEZ layer are the layers gathered from gazetted datasets that the Pacific Community (SPC) has received from the project countries. In areas where there are no gazetted datasets provisional layers are being sourced from the Global Marine Regions database (https://www.marineregions.org/).
There are two layers available, he .shp file layer and the .kml layer which are being used by partners and member states in particular FFA for the Regional Fisheries Surveillance Center (RFSC).
Work is part of the SOPAC Regional assitance to the countries on wind advisory.
Provides principles to support nature conservation in pacific islands
This first state of the environment report for the Pacific region uses regional environment indicators to assess the status, trends, and data quality and availability for the endorsed Pacific environmental priorities. This report also includes an update of the State of Conservation in Oceania report produced in 2013, which was endorsed and published in 2017.

The Maritime Zones Act (MZA) 2018 for Cooks Islands repeals the Territorial Sea and Exclusive Economic Zone Act 1977, (Act No. 16 of 14 November 1977). It states that the territorial sea comprises of those areas of the sea;
(a) having as their inner limits the breadth of the territorial baselines and is measured from the low-water mark along the coast of the Cook Islands or where there is coral reef along any part of the coast of the Cook Islands, the low-water mark along the outer edge of the coral reef.
Pitcairn has been on the United Nations list of Non-Self-Governing Territories since 1946, following the declaration of the intention by the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Island to transmit information on the High Commission Territories of the Western Pacific (which had included the Pitcairn Islands) under Article 73 e of the Charter of the United Nations.

Administering Power

Chapter 1 of Title 18 of the Code of the Federated States of Micronesia, as amended by Public Law No. 19-172 on April 28, 2017, states that the Territorial Sea is a line, every point of which is 12 M seaward of the nearest point of the baseline. Waters landward of the baseline, including the lagoons of atolls or islands, are internal waters.

This report is the result of investigation of the current power system on Aitutaki and institutional arrangements for the future direction of Aitutaki Power Supply (APS).
